Cocoa Village Party Halls offers a few different package options along with our a la carte offerings. Our prices will vary based on the date of the event, which room, and the length of the event.

We can also help with a theme for your event for an additional charge.
Pricing
Pricing will vary based on the time and date of the event as well as the size. The length of the event will also be factored in. Below are some of our prices.
- Conference room – available from 8 am-8 pm for $100 an hour
- Fifty chairs, seven tables room – available Monday-Thursday for $500 per eight hours. This room is open from 5 pm-10 pm.
- One hundred chairs, 12 tables room – available from 5 pm-10 pm for $700 per eight hours. Two hours are needed for set up, and one hour is needed for clean-up.
Studio B Pricing
Studio B offers six hours of party time – allow three hours to set up and one hour to clean up!
- Sunday: $750
- Monday-Thursday: $500
- Friday: $900
- Saturday: $1000
- Brunch specials: 12 pm-5 pm for $600
There is also a $50 clean-up fee as an additional charge. Our larger hall can range anywhere from $1000-2000 dollars.
